Luosto Log Cabins

These log cabins are built in the favoured accommodation style of the Finnish. They give the feeling of privacy and ‘a home away from home’ as they are all unique in their layout and equipment. All have the modern amenities and comforts we would expect and are located around the village, in quiet, tranquil and wooded settings and within easy walking distance to all areas.
Prices are based on Self Catering.

There are various styles of cabin within the Luosto Log Cabins; sleeping up to 7 persons. All cabins have smoke detectors and/or alarms and fire extinguishers

Open-plan studio style log cabins (4/6) persons) with private shower, wc and sauna, drying cabinet, kitchenette area with microwave oven, fridge and coffee maker.
Please note: Facilities may vary to the descriptions and some beds may be the traditional Finnish variety with bunk beds.

2 Bedroom duplex log cabins (4/6 persons) with double and twin beds and a mezzanine level, accessed by wooden stairs (with safety gate at the top) with sleeping facilities for two people. Kitchenette is equipped with electric hob, microwave oven, coffee maker, fridge and some with dishwasher. Private bathroom with shower and wc, private sauna and drying cabinet. Lounge and dining areas with log fire, colour TV and hi-fi system and some with balcony.

3 bedroom log cabins (6/7 persons) with double and twin beds and a convertible sofa bed in the lounge area. Kitchen with electric hob, oven and/or microwave oven, coffee maker, fridge and some with dishwasher. Private bathroom with shower and wc, private sauna and drying cabinet. Lounge and dining areas with log fire, colour TV, video, hi-fi system and balcony.

Bedrooms - Traditional cabin bedrooms tend to be small and generally consist purely of beds and appropriate lighting. The main space in cabins is provided within the living area.
