This trip is especially for the young drivers, the children will be delighted to have their very own safari. You will travel by a skidoo pulled sleigh to a very large frozen pond where the mini skidoo driving school takes place. The mini skidoos are as they sound, a smaller version of the skidoos or snowmobiles driven on all of our snowmobile safaris, however they are specially designed for children with maximum speed controls for added safety.
A campfire awaits for the parents to sit by and keep warm whilst the driving takes place.

Children are mesmerised by snow, they love the way it floats down from above landing magically like stars on their jackets, they love the way it sparkles like glitter when sun rays hit it, they love to roll in it, they love to throw it, they love to build things with it and then they love to go inside a cosy cabin for a hot chocolate, a juice or a snack. Enjoy the fun and games in the snow for the family, with snowshoe running, mini skidoos, kick sled races and tug-of-war competitions. The kids will love it - the 'big kids' as well as the small ones.

Children's ski school:
Children learn in a different way to adults, they have different limits and abilities. It is for this reason that we have separate adult and children's ski schools. The children's groups (6 - 11 year olds) will operate at the same time as the adult group lessons, Monday to Friday 0930 - 1130 with the same basic principles and conditions applying.Back to top

Below is an sample of a week long excursion programme, you may wish to be combined this with ski school each morning. This option enables your family to experience all the different activities available in this winter wonderland.
Monday - At home with the huskies
Tuesday - Toboggan evening

Saturday - Reindeer safari
